ive currently been on a week and a half break, mainly due to finals, but also because i think i needed to give my body a break. i was taking creatine for about 6 weeks prior to my break. when i start training again in a few days, i want to do light weights, but keep the intensity up, then slowly move back to heavy weights. can i start up the creatine again while doing lighter weights, or just do it when i get back to doing heavy again (about 3 weeks)? should i just save it? or start right away?
obviously i want to maximize gains, so should i just hold off till i up the intensity?
