Aside from being ultra difficult to source, bromo is very tough to work with. I'm sure there are more reasons, but that's what comes to mind.

You realize you can dose prami at 0.10mg and ramp up from there, right? Virtually no side effects at that dose and your subjects will build a tolerance quickly to get ready for higher doses. It's very effective, even at low doses.
