Hey everyone, got a few questions about holding water. I have been researching a lot of forums about nova during a cycle. First off here r my stats & diet. 6'0 215 pds 13% b.f. 41 yrs old. My diet consists of, 4:30am- meal (1). 8 egg whites and (2) whole eggs with a cup of oat meal with blue berries and straw berries with 20g protein shake. Meal (2). 7:30am-8oz of lean ground beef (1) cup of veggies with a whole grain bagel and 8oz of skim milk. Meal (3). 10:30am-50gr whey protein shake with (3) whole eggs, 1/2 cup of almonds and whole grain bagel. 1:30pm-meal (4). (8) oz of salmon with veggies and (1) table spoon of olive oil and sweet potato. 4:30pm- meal (5). Pre workout-1/2 cup of oat meal (2) table spoons of all natural peanut butter and 50gr protein shake. 5:45pm-meal (6). Post workout-20gr protein shake and afterglow supplement for insulin spike. 8:00pm meal (7) (8)oz sirloin steak sometimes rib-eye (1) cup of veggies and whole grain bagel. 9:00pm meal (8) 50gr protein shake just before bed. Any critique on this diet would be appreciated. By the way, i am also taking in around 1.5-2 gallons of water a day and limit my sodium in-take. Now, for my cycle. This past monday did my first injection of test-e at 250mg and 300mg of equipoise. This will be done every monday and thursday for (16) weeks. It has been only (1) week and i am holding a lot of water. I was told by a friend who has been a pro body builder for 20 or so yrs (won mr. Louisiana back in the 90's). That i needed to take 20mg of nova ed during this cycle for water retention and possible gyno. After researching a lot of threads, it has come to my understanding that this will have an affect on my gains. Just wondering if anyone could give me some sound advice on this. Thank you.
