Waxing and Acne- anyone else experience this?

While on a deca/test cycle I had my chest, stomach and top of shoulders waxed. After a few days, I experience acne in the waxed spots on my shoulders and back of arms. Saw a Derm. first question he asked is if I was taking roids- Does anyone know why this might have happened? and if I take a second cycle of Sustanon (sust) and EQ will it come back in the same spots?

it could be a number of things....
it may have irritated your skin (wax)
you need to shower
ingrown hairs
AAS.
I notice when i shave my shoulders etc, I break out. Dont know why but I almost always do.

I waxed my lower arms before and got a bunch of red bumps for like a month... not really acne with white heads, but it looked like acne... not cool.... never waxed since, and the pain was pretty bad too

ususally when you wax or shave, if they are thick hairs, you will break out with acne.

yeah bro it is folliculitis, inflammation and not too big a deal. He probably thouht it was roids because I am willing to bet that the spots you waxed are exactly the same spots where most guys break out while on

Bigdaddy- right on, that's what he said it was, they're little red bumps under the skin in clusters. If I take my Sustanon (sust) 250/EQ cycle will that come back? SHould I wax before I take the cycle?

my mom owns a beauty salon and i wax my eyebrows. Two days after the wax, i get tiny whiteheads where I waxed. They go away two days after that. It's normal. The estecian (lady whodoes facials and such) says it's normal and that rubbing ice on the waxed area 2-3 times a day for two days will prevent it from occuring.

They now make Nair hair removal for Men. I tried it on my back and upper arms several weeks ago and it worked great. No acne either, but shaving and waxing always causes acne for me (follicultitis). Some people are allergic to the chemicals in Nair, so apply a small amount at first to see how you react.

make sure they dont put baby oil on after they wax , they will some times do that to take away the stickyness when you put your clothes back on. tell them no and go straight home and shower and exfoliate, trust me i hate acne n chicks do too , listen to me i know

i heard nair any nair is bad for your skin. I notice i break out when i use nair. I had red spots all over my sholders a few times

yah it's probably just ingrown hairs. Now, I'll let you guys in on a little secret...hehehe. This product is awesome! It's called Bikini Zone. It's formulated to prevent shaving irritation. I'm sure it would work for waxing irritation as well. You can pick it up at the drug store. It's probably in with the shaving products. It comes in a little white tube with Bikini Zone written on it. You might go through the tube fast though if you're using it everywhere....hehehe. After you shave, you just put a little of this creme on it and voila, no bumps!

I just did nair on my arms yesterday and left it on to long on my right arm, This sshitt started to eat my freaking skin. I hurns like a MoFo !!

My next task is My Back. I had better get a few extra bottles of nair.
