ways to reduce soreness at inj site? 400mg Sust

i recent pinned two .5 shots of 400mg Sustanon (sust) in each glute, this was last thursday & is still sore to the point where im unable to pin again. tomorrow i'm pinning in my arm but i'm curious if theres anything i can do this time around to reduce soreness. Also, for those fimiliar with 400mg Sustanon (sust) if i pin .75cc will i get the "knot" everyone talks about

Some people swear by high dosed gear but i don't.
High dosed gear is for very very seasoned vets and the pain is a part of it!
Sus is a partially painful shot compared to most because of the Prop and PP in it and at 400 I don't believe you're gonna get away from pain!!! It's not how much your injecting into one spot (unless you're putting ungodly amounts in one spot) it more about the concentration.
The pain should get better after more injects in same muscles over time as you get used to it but not by much!

yeah i could barely sit for like 2/3 days i'm going to try my arms in hopes of a better outcome have you heard anything about a knot because of the potency? i'm thinking about trying .75cc but i dont want a knot

DO NOT inject that shit in your arm bro... u will be very sorry for a few days after... test at that high concentration will feel like u've been kicked by a horse

and WHY are u injecting .5ml into each glute on the same day??!

split your injects up to 3 injects per week (3 different days!) alternating .5ml into left and right glute
