Week 5..Am I expecting to much?

OK, I am in on week 5 of 500mg of sus and 600mg of eq. No real increase in lbs, eating well and upped cals, saw a nutritionist to make sure I was on track. Solid lifts....Q: since I take 150-200mg of test all the time, do I need to up my current cycle to see gains. I would think 1.1g of gear would do something...I am more vascular, but..Iwant more lbs. Should I up the test? Switch from sus to test e?
 
Don't up your test, up your food. Also switching wont change anything. Its all test. Some bloat more than others and last longer but you get out what you put in. Up your food and up your weights in the gym.

I'll second that advice your running pleanty og gear for good solid gains imho.
 
Eat about 23 - 25 cals per pound of lean bodyweight per day. Find the amount that will let you gain every week, but not to much fat. As you get heavier, you will need to up the calories every week.

No, switch to golf!!

If you can't put any appreciable amount of LBM on in 5 weeks with the current cycle you are running, you have no business using AAS!

Wow Deepglute, you sound like a pretty smart guy...Maybe I would put on more lbs if I wasn’t burning so many cals fucking your mom squarely in the ass? I went to the nutritionist and have upped cals, more lean meat, more good carbs, etc..lifting more in the gym, but I will keep at it and see what is up. Thanks.
 
maybe your receptors are burned out? I don't know much about being "on" all the time though
 
You got to eat lot's of quality carbs to get bigger. If you are eating good carbs already them or the products that you got are not so good or you body receptors are burned out!?! With 500mg of sus and 600mg of eq you should see gains...

I am eating roughly 3300 to 3800 cals a day, eat every 2-3 hours, about 200-220 grams of protein, MRP 3X and lean meats, complex carbs, tons of fruit and vegs. I train hard and feel my diet is in check. At this point, I think the Sus I got from a UGL is fake...FUCK, what a pain in arse. Cool, thanks all. DG, go fuck yourself mate.

Obviously, not enough calories....I'd bet if you took in 4200-4500/day and even lowered your Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) dose, the gains would come. I'd be taking in a minimum of 2g protein per pound bodyweight.

DG is just looking out for you in his own way ;)
 
FUCK, I spent the money to meet this nutrition chickbroad and sounds like she was FOS. OK, I am gonna just eat all lean meat/carb/vegs in sight. Good shit, thanks again.
 
What brand of gear is it old balls? I'm with powerlifter, you could eat like shit and still gain 3-4lbs of water weight on 500mg of Sus. Sounds like the issue may lie with the gear.
 
Hey..yeah I have made some ok gains with other gear and eating less than I am now, I'm thinking I got japped by a UGL on the SUS, I have contacted him and am gonna get it tested. I will switch off the sus and back to test e and keep on the EQ. Tough to find a UGL that is not a fuck head..twice this has happened.
 
sht i just looked all over to find this thread again.... heres food for thought

i just started Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) at 100mg/wk of deletestryl, watch my carbs pretty good, none after 6pm... stepped up cardio to 20-30 mins after workout on treadmil (m-w-f) and jog 4, 6 and an 8km run at a pretty good f'n pace....result??

yesterday was week 3, and im up 6-8lbs!!!, was trying to go down.... i should also be eating quite a bit more.....but alas
