Week 5 prop not seeing it,

Coming to the end of week 4 actually.
Test prop 100mg eod.

I've had an increase in libido no doubt, huge increase in agressiveness... I know that's less common but I think it's because I'm very passive naturally.
Broken a few doors and other things.

So I know this is real. But my weight has maybe gone up one pound if that. It's hard to tell but my strength has gone up a bit, people have been commenting on my size too but personally I don't see it.

My strength has only gone up like maybe 5 pounds on bench for example.

My diet is in check, my work out is in check, I've been lacking sleep quite a bit so I'm thinking this may be what's holding me back but even then, I feel I should be gaining weight because I'm eating just barely above maintaince.

I have seemed to lose a little bodyfat actually, but that might just be in my mind because if my weights like exactly the same I must have lost fat, there's no way I haven't gained any muscle by now?

What am I doing wrong here

Tdee is around 3300 depending on weight (175-180 depending on when I weigh)
And caloric intake is 3500.
I was taking in more before cycle for 5 weeks and put on 10 pounds naturally and put on 20 to bench before plateauing but also noticed I was putting on a bunch of fat raising from aroubd 14%-aroubd 18% and have since switched work outs from a full body (3 times a week with 4 restdays) to a 3 day on on day off split, along with cutting back on carbs because I was gaining too much fat.

So now I'm eating less junk but kept in the planned foods ( at the time I was "dirty bulking eating my planned meals and then snacks for extra calories in between)

And resting one day a week instead of 4 like I was when I made great gains.

Is this significant enough to prevent me from gains even on cycle

Really? What is your BF %?

If you are just eating above maintenance u need to eat more u will gain even if u are not on a cycle
If you burn 2000 and eat 3500 u will gain .Are u doing lots of cardio ?I would recommend looking up 3j on the forum he can set u up a diet plan worked wonders for me

I was eating 4000 while bulking and weighed 165 I meant to say and 3500 now at 180 because I didn't like how much fat I was putting on.

I'd say I've dropped from roughly 18% to roughly 15% since cycle started (abs coming back slightly)

No... You know you can eat "CLEAN" and make gains.

You just need to learn how to workout a functioning diet for yourself which, is a whole lot of trial and error. You need to hit your macs and you need a lot of fucking protein. Carbs for energy but. You also didn't add your goals or anything else. With you running prop there should be no excuse as to why you're not making gains. You're running a short ester so... Why is it difficult to make gains?

I can make gains not running any gear!

Yeah I made amazing gains in the 3 months before my cycle while natural. But I was eating everything in sight and taking 4 rest days a week. I got too anxious when I saw those gains and saw them plateau a month before cycle that I jumped on cycle with a friend who was starting and thought boom I'd see crazy gains while eating barely above maintenance but boy was I wrong lol. Ill just up my calories to 4000 I guess think that will be enough if I'm burning probably 3300 a day?

And should I go back to my full body 5x5 with 4 rest days in the week?

What is your body fat percentage?

Lol I answered that the first time you asked, look 5 posts up

no you didn't. You edited your post 13 minutes later. Anyway....

You are not eating anywhere near 4000 calories. Your TDEE estimation is way off, almost a 1000 calories over. No offense, I think you made up all these numbers because you didn't expect to be questioned. You should be honest, otherwise advice won't work.

I'd spend some time in the nutrition forum.

Good luck.

The only thing I changed when I edited it was the typo.
Where it says abs accidentally said and. So I changed it to abs. And I knew someone was going to be a smart ass and pretend they knew that I added in the bodyfat thing.
Which no I did not. It was there from the start

Also your assumptions are extremely annoying, almost as annoying as your obnoxious overlooking of my posts and reposting the same question lmao.

The tdee calculator I used gave me that number. Try one out or just keep making dumb ass assumptions

(Btw I Said I WAS eating 4000 calories not that I am, another fact you overlooked :). Why would I lie? These numbers hold the key to my success and you're no help stay the fuck out of my post)

Eh I'm done in this post I'm just getting angry at ignorant people.
So I'm going to start eating more and sleeping more. Can't be much else to fix right?

Might switch back to a full body also since I saw such good naturally gains on that

Relax pal. I said 'no offense'. It's in your best interest to be honest with members. Compulsive liars don't get very far. I don't expect too much from a 21 year old but I do expect honesty. Have a quick glance at your post history and you'll see how embarrassing your confidence is. You lack even the most entry level knowledge.

I'd rather see you safe than sorry. But I understand, you're upset. I'll leave you alone :)
