week 6, stopped making weight gains

cycle going good, but i havent any made any weight gains for almost 2 weeks. strength dropped a bit a well but still increasing.

i have made all very lean gains

calorie intake is between 3000-3500.
carb intake around 270-300
protein intake about 250

regardless of what my weight when i go to bed, i crap it all out the next morning back to the exact same weight i have been for the past week and a half. this morning i literally took a 4-5 pound dump.

am i doing something wrong?
i eat so much i feel like puking sometimes. i dont think i can increase my calories intake much more, unless i start eating shitty foods to get additional fatty calories

I am on .5g of test.

also i will mention that i am on week 6 and i have NO testicular atrophy. my balls are still a good size.(i am happy.).but does this mean my gear is possible not legit, or dosed at lower than what it says its supposed to be?

Hey O, how much total weight have you gained thus far? how about increase in strength?

At week 6 the test should be on line with water retention, strength libido and a sense of well being... and all that...you running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) ?
 
I have gained about 8 pounds so far. strength gains were amazing at first. now begining to taper down a bit.

i will mention that diet slacked a little past week..for example instead of the wheat pasta i was eating the first few weeks, ive been eating more ramen and easy mac/cheese..they have about the same amount of carbs..but lack the fiber and being a wholesome food. I have also replaced some 1 of my dailly meals with a high calorie peanut buter protien shake

8 lbs in 6 weeks while running an anti E is not bad at all. You are probably not holding very much water weight and the gains are LBM. Get that diet back in check and the gains will continue even if at a slower pace.

I know you read of guys gaining 20 lbs on a run with 500mg test but be sure that a good bit of that weight is just water and will deflate just as soon as they go off.
 
You need to increase the cals my friend. I'm assuming you are a pretty lean guy to begin with. 3000-3500 is a good starting point but if your gains stop you may need more. Don't worry about them all being good cals. Throw in some pizza and you will hit 4k no problem. Yes you want high protien but you need high cals and chicken and rice all day won't get it. Eat things high in cals.

Atrophy is not anything to worry about because not everyone gets atrophy or it can happen at really different times. Best way to tell how your test is dosed is to get a blood test but you need to check total,free,SHBG,estro. That will give you an idea of what it's dosed at.

I usually don't start seeing gains until week 5-6. Yes that's slow and I know lots of guys make a lot of gains before then but for me it takes that long to see even 2-3lbs. You have more time so make sure you eat, train, sleep and eat. Overtraining can mess you up but it sounds more like cals. Drink some shakes if you need to. Make them high cal by adding blended oats, pb, olive oil (1-2tablespoons) whole milk, banana all blended.

yea bet your not eating enough. you say 3-3500 cals but is that every single day? you ever miss a meal here and there? I do i cant help it, thats life something comes up.

aim higher.
