hay guys!

ok. so i'm going to take the next week off for recovery of leg and overall status. going to do my final back and chest workout this week. Any advice on what to do during offs?? besides eating like a pig.

thanks!

Any plans on doing cardio during this week (if you were doing it previously) or are you taking a complete break from all physical activity using your legs?

Yeah, ab training isn't too stressful on your CNS or anything like that as long as you don't go crazy with it. It should be fine.

I'm just finishing my first week off in a long while. I feel great now, I'm pumped to hit the gym monday. My muscles have been feeling fuller than normal, I think I was deffinately on the over trained side, plus its been hot as shit and I work outside all day, plus my gym is usually 10 degrees hotter than it is outside. But I'm ready to Finish up the summer strong and start leaning out a bit and keep as much LB's as possible.

our gym is hot too, bro! do you think it's alright for me to be doing cardio wearing thick sweat shirts and jogging pants when our gym is already hot without wearin those?

thanks

taking a week off or taking some time just to do some lighter stuff is ok ...gotta let the CNS recover.

This prevents you from overtraining and getting injured

Just run in a t-shirt and shorts. You wouldn't want to risk heatstroke.

I somehow..slipped and hit my right knee and right toe on a cabinet earlier. my knee is really hurting and can't much put weight on it

x.x

my first day back after my week off my upper body lift was sweet an all time great one for me on bench I ded 225x21 295x6 315x4 345x2 365x1 I was psyched after I battle 365 after all of that I swear it felt like it took 15-30 sec to push that bitch up, I was just proud that I didn't need help to finish it up.
