your definitly weighing in the wrong time of the day. some peoples weight can fluctuate very heavily from morning to night. when i first started test, i did the same thing, and weighed around 189 the first night i weighed myself, then one week later i weighed 197, the next week i was at 193, then throughought the week it would be between 190 and 200. It's hard to keep track of what your gaining if you weigh in at the end of the day.
