weight decreasing when on test???

your definitly weighing in the wrong time of the day. some peoples weight can fluctuate very heavily from morning to night. when i first started test, i did the same thing, and weighed around 189 the first night i weighed myself, then one week later i weighed 197, the next week i was at 193, then throughought the week it would be between 190 and 200. It's hard to keep track of what your gaining if you weigh in at the end of the day.
 
If you aren't writing your diet down you are only guessing what is going on. I keep track at www.fitday.com using the journal function, every single meal goes there in terms of totals.
 
First off, stop weighing yourself every hour...pretty soon I'm gonna read a post...I just took a dump...I lost 5lbs, how can this be?!?

Pick a time, stick with it...morning before breakfast...right before you go to bed...whatever, and stick with that. Also, make sure you either aren't wearing clothes (underwear is fine if you have a roommate), or you are always wearing the same thing.

Next...make sure your protein intake is high and if it's that important to you, keep a food diary. Don't fib, you'd be surprised at how little or how many calories you will sometimes eat in a day.

And lastly...maybe your fat is going down, or maybe it's water retention that is going down, or whatever. Bottom line is don't make the scale the be-all end-all. Use the mirror more, the scale less.
 
I just thougt of something because of a thread I posted and the response I got back. I think I might have been shooting into scar tissue the last couple weeks. would that cause the effectiveness to drop off like that??
 
lol because im stupid and just remembered that you guys told me to do that a while back while i was still researching. also, Im using sust and i've been afraid to shoot it in my bi's,chest,tri's baecause i heard it will form a knot, and i'm scared that if i do quads that I will hit a nerve or something
 
It is easy to tell if you hit a nerve. The gluteus maximus is a huge muscle, and there are lots of areas you could shoot in there. Also delts.

No, and you've only done 9 shots.

But if you do just quads and delts you have 4 inject sites which you can alternate...if you take 250mg ea twice/week, that means you can rotate for 2 weeks before you hit the same site again.
 
Why would you not be able to? I am on test400 right now which is notorious for being painfull and it is fine in my delts.

A lot of these questions that you ask, obviously make it plain to see that you weren't ready to do a cycle.

I've lost 6 pounds in a day and I've gained 5 in a day, its water. It is completely natural to go up and down in weight, I weigh myself once a day at the gym and seriously if its up or down a couple pounds its probably NOT a big deal.

Why? Because you are COUNTING YOUR CALORIES and you know what you are doing. Even if I eat more during that day I may not gain weight until the next day. Since it takes about 3600 calories for a pound of mass, you know full well that you aren't gaining or losing huge amounts of muscle or fat during that time. Carb intake fluctuation or sodium is both going to hit your water weight, plus the time of day, activity, blah blah blah.

Anywhere intramuscular, just not adviseable in certain spots like calves etc, or completely unheard of (for me) hamstrings/forearms/neck. Otherwise anywhere inside any muscle.
