Weight loss!!!!....HELP

I'm new to all this....so....I need advice on weight loss...I have tried everything...except roids....of course my man does some and has his advice but nothing to help me, plus what he tells me is for men...some people have said to try anavar or Tren. I did HCG and did very well until I got pregnant..he 15 months now and I can't loss anything to save my life, yes I go to the gym and do the treadmill heavy. I go at 330 in the morning to come home and start my day that finally stops about 9 at night. Any advice on what I can do/try. I'm becoming very depressed because nothing is working for me...HELP
 
number one thing is, is to not starve yourself many make this mistake.. i know i have. snack on fruit when ur hungry eat good healthy meals.
when you starve yourself your telling ur body to store more fat because you dont know when your next meal is slows down ur metabolism so you dont burn threw it.
so uping food with good carbs and low calories and burning threw them while exorcizing. take breaks between running or jogging and do three sets. try to burn 100 calories per set and after awhile start going up and burn more.. if you have to start with lower calorie burning then do so and remember it takes work to look good forget any 20minute abs or that workout bs there just trying to make money and dont give a shit if you lose weight... it will get easier after awhile give yourself 3months to 6months to show improvement and dont give up. good luck

You should keep in mind that if u gained a subtantial amount of weight during pregnancy it will take your body a while to lose it.
With the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) diet your feeding your body 500 calories a day which is not nearly enough for supporting even basic function, once u stop the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) diet unless u "slowly" add calories back, you can "shock" your body & most likely gain all the weight back ... it's called a rebound effect.

The only way to lose weight is to do it by changing your lifestyle & eating habits.

Post your stats, diet & routine so we can give u feedback..... and hang in there ! remember u were blessed with having a baby, just allow your body time and the weight will come off.
