Im 29yo.
I weigh 270lbs,
Im 6'1" with a 38" waist
I bench 230 10x no problem. I squat 625.
I left a life of beer, pizza, and munchie food at 2am and am now doing 350g of protein over 6 meals a day along with about 3000 calories. I take 600mg of sustanon and 100mg of Winstrol a week. My problem isnt muscle gain or strength gain, its weight loss. I have gone from a 44" waist to a 38" in about four months and Im at a stand still. Caffeine, Hydroxy cut, and other weight loss pills are useless. Can anyone offer any suggestions, any help at all? I was told HGH, Jintropin might help but I need feedback before I spend that kind of cash.

ditto on the good job so far.

doing any cardio? I'd almost rather stick a needle in my eye than do cardio, but that's the thing that will get me through a plateau. I also like t3 for the metabolism boost, with or without clen since clen makes me hungry and diet has to be spot on.

what's your body fat %/estimate? may adjust the diet / cals to your lean body mass, or LBM + 10% instead of your current weight.

carb cycle...try 3 low/1 mod/1 high. It's what I use for contest dieting. got down to 3.77% BF for my last show. I used t3..clen here and there.

I agree with Dead, if something of that nature doesnt work, then I would contemplate running HGH.

Congrats on the progress so far.

Most important and #1 aspect in achieving your goal here is D I E T !!!!

Give us an idea of what your diet is like... don't worry we won't flame you if you say 30 slices of pizza and 8 liters of coke for breakfast.

t3 and clen, proper diet, tons of cardio, and moderate weights should get you where you want to go. Try doing half your cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Thanks for all the replies. First question is What is T3 and clen? And here is an examplt of my diet, this should be where I add that I have worked at one of the nations top restaurants for 2 years. Eating the diet I will post while being around this kind of food borderline made my rectum pucker up. I would go ahead an add most 97% of the fat and carbs in my diet from tasting food all day.

9am : 3 eggs/2 egg whites/1/2 cup FF cottage cheese dry toast.
12pm: 56g worth of protein shake, banana (zero sugar and carbs)
3pm: white rice with raw tuna/salmon/striper and any amount of salt it might need...
6pm THERE IS NO WAY OF EATING ANYTHING WITH 300 people to feed
9pm No fury Nitric Oxide Drink (Has enough caffeine to push my workout)
930 Work out
1030 56g protien drink
12 sleep

I start with about 15 minutes of jump rope. I used to Kick box, box, and wrestle so its easy. Running isnt even an option. Joining a gym with a pool wont happen with a 10-12hour work day. I consume about 600mg of caffeine in the past couple of months and now Im afraid it will slow my metabolism if I do. And what is the carb cycle I should try. I dont work in the restaurant industry anymore(temporary) and have the opportunity to really control my diet. And I have been told on multiple occasions that cardio will burn muscle as well.

Dude, I'm new to posting on here...

I read over your dieting issue. Some people can cut weight easily, some can't. And some find a a plateau that they can't surpass. I'd imagine at 6'1" 270 lbs, its more than just physical appearance that your worried about. There can be some major health issue down road. I also guess your not a brick shithouse with a waist of 38". I'm not knocking it, I too had a 38" waist at one time.

Most of the guys on here know a lot good info! I'm after learning lots from them. And one thing you'll always read in most of the posts on this forum is that your DIET is a key factor in achieving any goals you may set. Whether it be weight gain or loss.... through the aid of supplementation or gear!

If I were you, I'd probably go and see a dietitien, and have them assess you and help you out on a good diet. I always found that after the first week of a new diet, it becomes easy as they become incorprated into your daily lifestyle. CARDIO... is a huge factor in weight loss. Don't starve yourself of the calories, and drink tons of water. Start slow on the cardio... you cant run? Well walk.... dont need a treadmill or anything expensive for that... just a sidewalk, some good shoes, and some motivation. Besides, a 270 lbs man running could do some serious damage to the hips, knees and/ or ankles. Think about a recumbant bike training system... its a bit more comfortable to sit on, and helps get that heart rate going... I use mine all the time in the morning just before going to work.

AND BY THE WAY... Taking 6 inches of the waist is a respectable acomplishment on its own. Congrats dude... I know a lot people who wish they had that kind of motivation. As you already know there is no easy solution for weight loss (fat loss)... motivation, dedication and hard f'ing work man....

put down the aas and join a boxing gym for 6 months...not Ballys, a real boxing gym. you will lose weight and improve cardio or quit and go home to your munchy foods, it is your choice.

Matt, I agree.... 4 years ago I started training for my first 42k Marathon.... Trained with a boxer for almost 3 months.... insane cardio programs. Picked up on a lot of good cardio tips....

ya man, cardio and diet is key in my opinion. Your a big dude so I dont know if u can run, but try like a tred climber or start on an inclined tread mill. I know it dont sound like much, but its that little bit that opens doors for great endurance and conditioning. Im 28 and I train with my 20 yo brother. I watch his punkass eat cake and sweets and shit all day and he's still lean as shit. Asshole. I gotta ration my portions and eat chicken, tuna, and brown freakin rice, and run a half hour every day to be able to occasionally have a snickers or some oreos. Its like a competition every day. But shit man I stuck with it and little by little my jiggle came off. I'm a little bulkier than him so I work hard as hell to keep it that way. Like I said, its a freakin competition every day.

Oh yeah and great job on your progress so far, your doin great man, keep that shit up.

:Pat: This diet is a trainwreck. No food from 330 until your workout until 930? You're doing yourself more harm than good. You need to eat more, and clean up your diet. Lay off the dairy, breads, and white rice. Eat more complex carbs, i.e, yams, oats, veggies...you need more protein in your diet. Your metabolism is probably shot to hell right now.

Heres a tip, smoke some meth j/k. Ive never tried to lose any amount of weight but Ive heard you should train first thing in the morning, before breakfast. It makes sense to me, havent had any calories while you slept (hopefully), now your body has no choice but to burn fat.

2 words - CARB ROTATION

Like dead said rotate low, moderate and high days

mon - wed = low (100g)
thur - fri = moderate 300g
sat - sun = high 600

clean complex carbs only

your doing it

Awesome work dude!!!

I hope I can help you some how some way.

RIMONABANT will kill your hunger as well.

[D-LYS³] GHRP-6, this will reduce your Gh levels! However, it will kill your hunger.

No Diss, it might be a more reasonable task if you focus on one thing at a time. Either build muscle mass or lose body fat. You can only, imo, both if your under 10% body fat. Even then its very difficult to do both.

When was your last complete physical check up?
I'm a firm believer in going beyond the basic medical revolving door bull shi* where your rushed in and out. You claim to have money to spend. Therefore, I strongly advocate that you find a medical doctor that is a specialist in internal nutritional medicine. You need scientific testing to see what's going on with your thyroid - hormones - blood sugar - possible heavy metal build up - allergies and what not.

One time I was putting on fat around the waist so I went back into my logs for the answer. Rat there in my diet log was the answer. Oatmeal! One single serving 5 mornings per week was the cause. Blimey, I was insulin resistant. And being so means if I over do the protein powder I'll bloat n gain fat. Its good to keep a daily log of everything you eat.

How much body fat do you want to lose? If its more than 50 lbs I wouldn't suggest aas. testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) would be a better bet. It will help save muscle mass while you reduced your calories. But you need to know your testostrone are. For testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) a long ester like Te or Tu would be good.

You say you can skip rope like a Golden Gloves champion I'd say just use your speed rope as often as possible. Every 10 min bout will jack your metabolism for hours. Now if you avoid all processed foods and all forms of sugar including high sugar fruit and all breads - pasta - white rice you'll do fine. Make every calorie count. Also imo, you should do a modified fast every night. Eat nothing for 4 hours before bed time except single serving of protein powder right before sleep.

The following articles are about sprinting and GH levels. Its important to make the most of cardio workouts or they will lower your test levels is done to often and for to long of a time. Its fine for now to lift while you fast at night.

I don't think sprinting at 270lb's is a wise plan... lose 20 THEN try HIIT.... or your knees and ankles will perish.

I REALLY don't think recommending aas is a solid plan for this guy. He is obviously dishonest, and should assume so about most/all information posted. Do the work first (lose 30 lb's), research, then consider aas. Your "program" is like my ol ladys' problem solving skills... ready, fire, aim.

Why not eat 4 hours before bedtime?? next thing you will recommend is no carbs after 6pm, right? Not solid advice. This guy needs to eat healthy and clean foods and enjoy a balanced meal (perhaps a salad with 2 chicken breasts) with casein protein before bedtime.

Reread his diet - you would see that he is already fasting. Only fasting before bed would have greater benefit.

Obesity in men may have reduce natty test, therefore I suggest trt.

Obesity can cause or change other metabolic functioning, so I agree he may need to cut out certain carbs in the evening. Without proper medical testing he maybe diabetic - who knows?

He stated he was 29 @ 6"1 @ 270 lbs. His honesty is in question, but even with these numbers he has at least 60lbs to drop.

Sprinting can occur on any low impact cardio equipment.
