Weight loss tips PLZ!

I dont really understand where the question in honesty comes from. I didnt come on here looking for praise. If I wanted that I would go see my mom or my ex girlfriends. Ill post some pictures from January when I started and Ill take some now. I originally pulled my diet from "Men's body Sculpting" by Nick Evans. 200g protein, 250g carbs, 22g fat, at all about 2000 calories. The weight came off easy initially. Ive always been active, Tae Kwon do, kick boxing, Rugby, amungst other activities. Anyway whatever.
I started on the Sus and the Winstrol (winny) and started reading that I need to eat eat eat, so I increased my protein and my calories and WHAT THE FUCK!! Im looking for some help to see if there is anything, whether synthetic or not that I can add to my diet to drop a little more weight. I still have a gut, I dont have flat abs by any means. I've dont enough shit in my life that is bad for my body including the sus and the Winstrol (winny) and I dont need a lecture on health. I dont have diabetes, I dont smoke and I hate running. It hurts.

Thanks to anyone that offered me useful advice. What is testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and AAS? And I didnt say I jumped rope at 5jps. Im a big fat guy and jumping in place at a slow pace is the only cardio I can do.

Sorry Matt W. I was just looking for some advice, I dont have any friends that also needed to lose any weight. They are all just thin. Didnt know this was going to be somewhere where my character was going to be in question. Anyway Thanks for your posts of sprinting. I clearly just need to start off some sort of cardio until I can do it long enough to burn calories.

I saw a post earlier about cleaning up your diet, I second that. You are looking at your diet thinking you have done "all you could do" because you have changed diet so drastically compared to your previous lifestyle. BUT....

You haven't done all you can by far. I would drop the idea of HGH because it isn't a cure all, plus it is expensive.

add 1 hour a day of low intensity cardio and change your diet. no more dairy, eat brown rice not white.... Lots of little stuff that is keeping that extra weight on you. If you are eating any white bread eat whole grain... just the normal stuff.

These things are kinda a rule of thumb too, after you lose the weight or after you get off the sauce don't go back to eating like crap. Keep your diet up, that way going into your next cycle you will be in alot better shape.

some T3 (cytomel) and clenbuterol will help with some fat burning. Most of it will come from your diet. No need to run..I never run. Only cardio I do for BB contests are treadmills at an incline of 15. Speed is around 2.3 mph. Do that for 45 min in the morning. 20-30 min after your lift also.

Change your diet..google "foods high in estrogen" and stay away from them and foods that are high in the glycemic index.

:splat:
AAS - Anabolic, Androgenic Steroids.
TRT - testosterone replacement therapy.

Estrogens and Food

Im going to try and build my diet around this as well as higher protein. Now still being overweight do I need to consume the 350g of protein? More less? And should I continue on the sus and Winstrol (winny), or should I lose the weight then go back on? And If I do how much muscle mass will I lose? And I would guess I should stay away from almost all of the estrogen inhibiting foods since they ass seem high in sugar.

Eddie,
I saw you took offense to someone's post. I don't know what they wrote, just understand that most the people on these type forums are what I would call "hardcore".

They are very honest with each other, brutally honest. Also, don't take everything people say to heart on a message board. Some people know what they are talking about, some don't, some are dicks, some are nice.

For the most part everyone is here to learn, and share advice. They probably aren't dissing you. If they are forget about it and read someone else's advice.

Anyway...

Like I said above, DIET DIET DIET DIET cardio cardio cardio cardio... thats all you really need to know. Get your diet in line and get your ass on the elliptical

Yea bro I actually do. Dont get me wrong Im not Rocky with the speed but Ive been roping for 14years. I was coughing and weezing so much back then I was thrown a rope. Though I think it was more for entertainment to watch a fat kid try to skip and hop. Its not so much that I dont have the endurance, its just running hurts, my knees pop the whole next day and when my ankles hurt its when I call it quits. I dont know if you ever tried it but you also have the option of switching up the way you do it. Legs together, one at a time, short bounces, and long high jumps. I may not be the next boxing champ but it still gets the blood moving. Have I mentioned I really hate any kind of cardio?!!!

Bro read all the posts etc... And I agree your diet is the main problem more clean foods and 6-7smaller meals also is the way to go. I started off at 6'4 270lbs and a 38 inch waist. Like you i jumped on aas thinking that was a cure all and ended up 290. Sure i was strong and large. But I lost sight of my main goal which was to lose my gut and love handles. So after my cycles I just started to focus on my diet and cardio and now am 259 and alot more happy with my body. Just by eating clean.
Eat
6egg whites in the morning with whole grain wheat toast or bagel
between that and lunch have a 20g protein shake. and one cup of oatmeal plain not the sugar added shit.
for lunch have 2 chicken breasts and veggies. Whether in a stir fry or salad. If a salad avoid using alot of dressing and only use light dressing ( I recommend just oil and vinegar) and a serving of fruit.
then between lunch and dinner have tuna mixed with mustard on whole wheat bread (you will get used to the taste)
For dinner have meat via chicken lean beef or fish veggie medley and some cottage cheese nonfat.
before bed have a 35gram shake preferably casein.
as for cardio do interval training outside quick paced walk for 2min and then jog fo 1min and repeat for 30min. Believe me your joints will thank you.
I am NO expert but it seems we have similar body types and this worked for me.

I would steer clear of T3 also because your Thyroid eventually will be fucked if you keep using it. Which it works great so you will be tempted to do so.

Eddie,
Robbie's diet is good. This is your new diet. The only thing I would do different is add a cup of brown rice for lunch. If you don't want tuna add another lean meat. But follow this like it means life or death. Also don't do the T3, you could take the wrong dose and screw your thyroid for good. Then you would really get fat, and be on thyroid hormone for eternity.

Also remember IF you are in a hurry and can't follow the diet EXACTLY, it is not a "go ahead" to eat white bread, white rice or any other bullshit. IF you are in a bind, down a protein shake or eat something meant for another meal.

Remember NO MILK. I get bloated fast, i used to be chubby (fat) when I was around 11. Milk and dairy seriously means about 10lbs of water weight for me. I am sure it does for you too.

ALSO, low intensity cardio is the ticket. It is the only ticket for you. Do it, it isn't hard at all. It is just time consuming. Every day would be ideal, but if you get five days a week in your on the right track. Since you have been chubby before, just like I have, we have to do the cardio ALL THE TIME.

If you follow the diet, do the cardio, keep focused and put your whole heart into it I guarentee you will look better than you could imagine.

this is not true. many studies have shown that thyroid function returns to normal after removing T3, even for people mis-diagnosed and on it for years.

Looks good-just watch out for those bagels, whole grain or not a lot of people do not realize how many carbs are in them.
