Well Here it is my summer cycle!

Story time

My girlfriend used to work at an underwear boutique, so she has hundreds of panties and many dozens of bras. And a closet full of clothes that rivals most department stores, which goes without saying I'm sure.

This means she can out-wait/out-last me when it comes to doing laundry for WEEKS. I have a dozen pairs of army-issued boxer-briefs, so my very maximum time between loads, assuming I can find every last pair of underwear is 10-12 days.

Moral of the story, if I want laundry done it's me doing it, 90% of the time...so I think I will try the towel method for my own sake :)

Nice your in the USA? If so yeah you guys have the best toys for sure.

Isn't this all females? I had a fraction of the closet when my gf and I moved into our first place

Consider yourself lucky you have closet space; I had to bring a dresser lol.

I should've gone golf force...I mean air...to this day I'm still not too sure what possessed me to choose infantry > flying
 
Great progress mate....

Just be aware that as you get bigger and stronger you will be tempted to try and lift crazy weights at times...
Your joints 'on cycle' are slightly anaesthetised, so any little injury or niggles will go unnoticed at this stage...
It's only when you come off-cycle that you start to feel the wear and tear that a cycle can bring... so if possible, don't overdo the amount of weight you lift, be sensible, and if you are going to go harder, then do drop sets, rest pause sets, supersets etc - and not constantly attempting 1RM.... after all, you said it yourself, you are taking gear for muscle, not for strength gains!

Thanks alot for the great advice I will keep this in mind. Sometimes I go a little too hard on arms lol but will do I would not like any injuries. Cheers bro and thanks
 
Good morning everyone off to the gym bright and early beautiful day out missed yesterday's workout due to family function but today is now chest/legs day had about 12 hours of sleep feeling good and ready to kill it today :)
Pinned Friday was still smooth as hell but been noticing glutes getting a little harder which tella me its time to rest them going to delts now for start of week 5.
Diet is going well to got my food scale this week so its very interesting seeing exactly how much you are eating my weight has went down a bit I am thinking 3J wants to get me some quality muscle so letting the guru do his thing just following instructions as best I can.
Overall so far everything is great not getting any sides, strength is great as Ben noted going to pace myself and do quality workouts instead of going super heavy cheers all will update later today have a good day all cheers :)
 
Kill it Yoda! I'm on a deload week so this makes me jealous haha I'm like a dog in heat here...can't wait to get back to the gym and destroy it on Monday
 
Had a great work out today started with some chest did some flat bench, incline bench, iso bench, pec machine, cable cross over low, mid high.
Did some legs squats, leg press, calf raises, leg extensions. Went for about 30 min walk after the gym to enjoy the nice day. Also did about 20 min of abs trying to get that stomach in better its gonna take work but I am willing to do it. Here is a picture I took at the gym today no huge difference but there is a bit of difference that I have seen still got a long way to go. Just got to keep killing it :)

Alright week 5 has begun still been killin it at the gym every work out trying to get rid of that last part of my lower stomach fat out if anyone knows any good workouts for that please share.
The diet with 3J seems to be going good no complaints here 3J is doing good with helping me understand everything as well as giving me good support lost another half inch of waist from a week ago :)
Started pinning the delts on Tuesday my glutes need a break shoulder is a little sore but no big deal no pain no gain right so will be doing delts for one more week then I will be rotating every week still haven't tried quads but may soon. No complaints about the gear.
Decided to extend the dbol another 2 weeks to 6 weeks lost my back pumps so all is good enjoying the strength it has provided for sure.
Overall so far so good not gaining much weight but my physique is getting way better overall happy with things so fr just waiting for the test and deca to hit :)
 
Yeah I am trying to find someone trust worthy enough up here to get that done for me its not that easy to find a good doctor that will they all seem so uptight up here I dont trust them I rather not have steroid use on my medical history.
 
Hey man hows the cycle going? Based on previous posts it seems good! Just checkin in

Could be better bro just injured my shoulder at work so going to take today and tomorrow off going back in this weekend I hope the injury isn't anything bad but just a strain was thinking about taking time off be careful what you wish for lol.
Otherwise cycle is going good otherwise very happy with 3J and the diet still another .5 of stomach again weight is around 183 definitely looking a lot fuller. Strength has seemed to peak for now but I have tons of energy still. Pinned the glutes again next week going back to the delts and going to keep rotating overall still keeping head up and going strong no pain no gain.
