Show me one good reason why you should cycle creatine. There isn't one. I say use it during and post cycle.

No reason to cycle creatine.....On the same note I don't think you need to go over 10g / day.

Save it for post cycle , I used on and off and didnt really see any difference.

Take while you are on and then when you are off. You dont stop taking vitamins and protein suppliments when you are on a cycle and save them for recovery so why do that with creatine??? I say feed your body with as much nutrition as you can while you are on a cycle.
