At the consult the surgeon told me that he can go in and cut out my lumps and lipo around the whole area but can't guarantee my puffy nipples will be fixed. I wanted to say to him what the f*** am I even paying you for? 99% my visual problem is I don't like my puffy nipples, does anyone have any thoughts on this?

I can assure you the puffy nipple will go after the gland had been removed, I had the op 3 months ago , havnt looked back since

do they always remove the gland? He said he has to leave a little bit in there so the nipples dont go inverted. Im not sure if he meant leave the gland..or just leave some fatty tissue

I believe they used to always remove the whole gland, but now it is common practice to leave some behind. Apparently there are still some guys around that will take the whole gland. Just depends on your surgeon.

He means he wants to leave part of the gland; don't let him - I'd take the risk of inversion (unlikely with decent pectoral development) over recurring gyno / puffy nipples any day

Hey buddy where are you generally located? I have something to remove--mostly on one side to make me look more symmetrical. I'll follow what you do and get advice, names etc. when your gtg. I see the guy on You Tube--his work looks good, but I'm in CA not NY. 6K? Less than a paint job for my car.
The surgeon fee is 3k and 3 more for the hospital bills. Im still waiting for it to be ran through my tricare insurance. Who knows, maybe i'll get lucky and they will pay for some of it at least. Anasthesia part of it is 1250$ lol. Fuck that shit better be some strong stuff

Looking back at leaner pictures of myself.. 150-160lbs I had some development then it looks like, and can feel lumps and glandular shit now, with puffiness always.. Interested in how I fair, and in the surgery for sure.
Very self conscious of my own situation so I understand if you will not share until after the knife.
