I can still feel a little gland witch scared me at first but it's smaller than a pea and it's holding my nip up , from what I know you would never be able to get rid of the gland 100% , thete would always be tiny fragments left behind , the surgeon knows what he is doing as long has he is familiar with the op , I went to poland and paint 1400 English pounds and they did a fantastic job !! Removed 125 g of glandular tissue

Are you guys getting this even running an AI at proper doses? I don't want that to sound like a stupid question, just curious to learn more about your situation and how one might avoid it. I get puffiness throughout my test cycles (that goes away post cycle), even when swallowing more than the average dose of arimidex, so my fear is that one day it won't subside. Thx for the help

Only if you'll have liposuction for yur fat ass. But the way you perpetually bulk year round while matts chop chop. I'm guessing the fat will just come back and you'll a big fat guy again and the debate about who looks better will ensue

I got mine from a drug called Tagamet. I had all kinds of problems from a botched appendectomy at Kaiser and the result was years of Tagamet for gut pain---can't blame AAS. Only after I was leaking from a nipple did I stop taking the Tagamet. I was a kid then (21 or 22) and believed the doctors were "smart".

Now I feel more educated about specific medical issues and I question everything. Anyhow..I have some extra tissue that needs to go. I'm going to equalize my TRT, run a few cycles and then schedule a procedure. Just not sure who to go to. I visited one "experienced" surgeon in the Bay Area (PAMF). He had like 100 photos of work done on women and maybe two on dudes. That didn't really wow me. That's why I was intrigued by the Doc in NY since he has tons of experience working on guys.

At the consult the surgeon told me that he can go in and cut out my lumps and lipo around the whole area but can't guarantee my puffy nipples will be fixed. I wanted to say to him what the f*** am I even paying you for? 99% my visual problem is I don't like my puffy nipples, does anyone have any thoughts on this?

he seems to be an expert of gyno surgery..i saw a video of Dave Palumbo talking about him. He got it operated too by him many years back.
