I am 37, 6'2", 240 and prolly 15-20% bf but never really checked. gonnd do a long cycle of test and deca to try and cut up.
What do you think of circut training?
It can be a great workout, just make sure you go to the gym when it is least crowded a circuit doesn't really make sense if you have to wait to use equipment.
I always consider doing light circuit training for high reps on off days as cardio and recovery since I hate cardio. Maybe I'll give it a try for a month or so.
