what am i doing wrong

I've been taking one cc of t400 and 250 mg of eq I'm on my fourth week and am not really seeing any results. My weights have gone up some and my recovery time has been great. Sex drive extremely high so I'm sure the gear is legit. I havnt gained much if any mass or weight. An example of a days diet would be great I'm thinking I'm not eating enough. Also any other supplements to take like amino acids flaxseed oil etc and how much. Any othe ideas or suggestions would be great. I'm 6'3 210 at 24 yes old thanks
 
the hormones are just building up in your system , the next few weeks should make it up to you.

Test injection s are slow in building as indicated above unless it s suspension or prop...
Soon your gym performance will match that of your sex drive..feed that machine...your right schedule imo.
 
This is my 2nd cycle the first was 400mg of test e and 250 mg of eq per week and didn't see any results. Any ideas? The gear is bio labs there are pics from another member in the other forum with replies saying its legit

It is bio anabolics labs. As far as diet each day I try to change up the things I eat so I don't get burned out on one thing. My serving sizes and number of meals are fairly consistent. For example meal 1- a cup of oatmeal and 3 whole eggs and 4 egg whites. Meal 2 a protein shake with 2 scoops containing 30 g protein each with some peanut butter and fruit. Meal 3 two chicken breast and about 1 1/2 cups of veggies a cup of 1% cottage cheese. Meal 4 a 10 oz steak with a potato and some brown rice. Also another shake after workout. How many calories and how much protein do you think this example has also any suggestions would be appreciated.
 
Thats barely enough protein to maintain your body weight. I've been running Bio anabolics for my last 4 cycles and every compound has been awsome.

Accualy..i take that back, the Sustanon (sust) and t400 hurt my bum bum like a mofo

this is more like a cutting diet-sounds like you need to stop measuring and stuff your face everytime you get a chance

big meals-steak, potatoes, pasta then repeat
