) ( i know, that was decades ago)
Mainly weights now 4 days with 3 days cardio.
Did Triathlons for 2 seasons up until last year.
Diet got off rails a bit with divorce, gym fire and ex getting breast cancer.
Diet eg,
Oatmeal with blueberries
2 protein shakes a day ( 50 g ea)
Nuts, dried fruit snacks,
At least 1 lean protein meal.
3-5 eggs a day
Other meal of day usually homemade soup or a salad with protein.
I know i am not eating enough good food. hard to eat more. Need more protein.
I sometimes have choc or potato chips if feeling down etc etc....
Drink approx 2 litre water.
