As mentioned above, time and HGH. Proper stretching and warm-up exercises help tremendously as well, but the body still has to play catch-up.Interesting.. What will help connective tissue to grow so to avoid injury? HGH? Others?
So let me jump in and ask this question..... if myostatin is not the issue and AR downreg is a myth then what pray tell is causing this PERCEIVED stopping of gains on an extended cycle?
Is it not eating enough, losing intensity in the gym??
As lbm increases, so does TDEE. If caloric needs (obviously macro needs too) aren't met by adjusting - growth cannot occur. Myostatin is real, but we just don't fully understand the total picture yet.
It would be great if we could get these guys that do the studies to actually understand why data point determination is so critical, it would be fantastic. It would also help reduce any potential misunderstanding from the community in general as I know many of us do (myself included on many occasions) skim through, hoping that the conclusion/results are written in a meaningful way.
