What are yalls best ways to lose belly fat?

No quick fix here: Diet and cardio. Maybe do some clen or eca stack. But diet and cardio is primary.

you can not loose fat on one spot you loose all over.
Wish that were true for me, but I seem to loose it everywhere but my belly. Oh well. As stated above, "run ... alot" will do it.

The longer it is there the more stubborn fat stores become, from lack of blood flow. It takes TIME.

Didn't know this tidbit of info.... you have any links on the topic?

Do abs everyday. Spend half an hour doing crazy amounts of crunches, situps, and all other abs you can do (don't know names of abs excersizes lol, they're all basically the same thing).

t-3 works wonders for me. not for beginners but it works if ya know what ya doing. but nothing beats diet and cardio. there's nothing but good sides that come with the latter two.
start running and/or sprinting. the fat will melt off.

I disagree with the statement above. Abs can be over trained like every other muslce. Diet and cardio are the keys here.

I always thought that abs everyday are overtraining, but then when I started doing them everyday I got the best results. Most other people I talk to at the gym feel the same way too.

Also, abs will replace belly fat, it just takes a while.

Why would that help? Spot reduction is a myth, bud. All that will do is make your abs bigger and eventually overtrain your abs. It won't burn the fat on your stomach though.

When you have muscle in one area you burn fat quicker, as opposed to having no muscle at all.

No you don't. Having more muscle in your abs will not burn fat in your midsection faster. All it will do is make the fat appear to be less because your bigger muscles will show through more easily than a tiny set of abs would.

It is a male genetic predisposition to store fat in the abdomenal area. Any amount of crunches won't change that. Do some reading some day.

Dumbest advice ever! Ab defination is achieved by having a low bf % via diet and cardio ......... look at people like Dexter Jackson and Lee Priest, they train abs like once a month ......
