t3 also rips threw muscle unless your on a decent dose of test. i personally would say cardio is the better route to go with a solid diet.

Of course if you just do diet and cardio, you're probably going to lose some lean mass too. It probably goes without saying, but you should keep hitting the weights at the same time to help minimize loss of lean body mass.

I've heard of a lot of people getting good results from UD2.0, if you can survive it anyway.

What about Yohimburn? I've heard a lot of people say it works awesome. Its basically desgined to spot reduce from what I've read up on it.

HOLY HELL!! Crunches!! wow

Diet...Diet...DIET I cant do cardio, I lose too much muscle. On a good 9pt abs show like this:
10 - 12 %bf - top row - easy to do
8 - 10 %bf - top two rows - easy as well
6 - 7 %bf - almost all - pretty tough to do
3 - 5 %bf - all abs, dorsi, serratus and obliques - insain, would eat a small child if it came to close.

Oh and Mudge is right, the longer its there the longer it takes to come off. My key is to never go above 10 - 11% even when bulking that way your always 6 - 10 weeks from ab city

inssane, its not so much your diet as it is your caloric intake. When most say diet around here they really mean total grams of carbs, fat, and protein. It would be pointless for me to tell you my cutting diet which would look like:
Breakfast
Protein Shake, whole oatmeal

Snack
Hard Boiled egg

Lunch
Chicken, Veggies, 1 slice whole wheat bread, salad

Snack
hard boiled egg

Dinner
Steak, Yam, milk, salad

Snack
Protein Shake

For you that is giong to mean absolutly NOTHING and if you tried to copy that you would fail miserable unless you knew the exact particulars. This is how it works for me

The SUPER DUPER SECRET KEY IS THIS!!!!!
Protein 40%/Carbs 30%/Fat 30%
Total caloric intake when cutting 2800 - this is derived from your age, weight and bf%

That is the framework for your diet, it is now up to you to design meal's and snacks that are going to fullfill the SUPER DUPER SECRET KEYS each and every day.

If you really give a shit about my diet...use the search button, i have posted every single little detail in NAUSIUM a trillion times and worked out a bunch of other poeples diets as well.

Starsky and Hutch? hehe

About the T3, the bottles on research-ology; are they injectables, or can you spray them on? The top of the bottle looks like it's a spray, that's why I'm asking...

No problem.
Yeah by my calculations I am somewhere in the neighborhood of 1850-2000 calories being that I weigh about 160 and prolly have 14% BF.
I am working on a 40/30/30 or 50/25/25
I am in the diet now I am just fine tuning it.
Time to go shopping now...literally.

plz List yalls best ways to lose belly fat and if you took anything to help you do so?

count your calories. simple, and easy, and you will literally see the numbers of how much weight you are losing. if you need to ask anymore question on that, you should be able to google paleo diet. cals in vs cals out = diet. you can thank me later

Try the natural products. Some have been mentioned. (yes, I know it's an old thread) A great place to source a lot of them is at Botanic.
