What are your CURRENT goals and cycle?

I'm doing a lean bulk after coming off a strict diet. I'm hoping to rebound to a good size while staying lean. Diet is a carb cycle.

700mg Test E or C weekly
400mg Tren E weekly
400mg EQ weekly

40mcg's T3 daily
1mg Adex EOD
5iu HGH daily on non training days, 10 iu HGH on training days (blue tops)
Insulin on training days only
Prami and Nolva as needed

Current split below

Weights & Cardio
Mon-Legs
Tue-Shoulders
Wed-Arms/abs/cardio (30)
Thur-off
Fri-Back/cardio (30)
Sat-Chest/abs/cardio (30)
Sun off-am fasted cardio (30)

What are your goals and how are you going to achieve them?

how long do you plan on doing this cycle?

I think 7 weeks before I make adjustments. I have trouble with Tren and insomnia so if it gets bad I'll have to drop it but if I take sleep aids I can usually push through. Normally I would either increase dose or add compounds around week 7-9. My macros will be adjusted often. In fact, I just raised carbs a bit this week. I'm in week 3 of the cycle now brother.

the only thing i would change is that adex.. i'd run aromasin at 25mg ed
 
I was hoping to see slin with the high doses of gh! Looks killer.

I'm going for strength these days, but I won't get into my exact protocol. ;)
900 deca and 300 test weekly, 60 mg dbol daily.

I have higher carbs on training days, major carb load every Saturday and 1 cheat meal per week. Usually meal 6 on Wed night so my carb macros are all over the place. I would guess my proteins are around 325g per day but I would have to add them up to be sure.

I'm on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and my doc will prescribe me Adex so that's what I use but I do like Aromasin as well.

What are your goals for the winter?

No, I'm experimenting with this, but I'm a ways in and still g2g. I keep my estro in check weekly and caber occasionally...

Honestly, I was hoping it would dampen my sex drive a bit. Ha

i see.. your doing a unorthodox carb cycle.. which is a good thing.. if it works for you stick with it..


i am currently preparing for a powerlifting meet in feb.. so my goals are focused on heavy lifts with not much aesthetic worry
 
I guess it'd be power lifting, but not doing any comps. Just going for strength now. Want to break my 495 squat, 405 dead and 405 bench barrier.

yea with your stats you should be pulling another 200lbs imo.. but that injury sheds alot of light on why its in the 400's..

take it easy.. recover first and then push for it..

I have a umbilical hernia also. Had a hernia repaired in my groin a few years ago that was way worse but my umbilical one hasn't really gotten much worse. Mine might be the size of an almond right now.

How big is yours?

Maybe a little bigger than an almond. It bothers me more some days than others too. I use to never wear a belt lifting, but now it's mandatory to keep my guts in. Haha

Liking the look of that cycle.

I've did a cycle in the past where my test was alot lower then my deca and my next cycle in feb i will be doing the same, cos test is my biggest nemesis for getting gyno, i look at ther stuff and i get gyno its that bad.

I was also thinking of adding some eq and masteron in there 2. Any suggestions on what dosages would fit in nice if they are recomended in my next cycle?
 
Im wanting to bulk buddy all through next year untill sept and then im going to do a cut in september.

My goals are to add 15lbs of muscle over the the next 3-9 months.

currently 236lbs, 6ft4, age 26

My reason for adding masteron was because ive read it dosen't convert to estrogen and can possibly help to block some of the estrogen symtoms like gyno??
