What Are Your Goals Ladies?

Are you trying to live a healthy lifestyle? Are you competitive? Aiming for a pro card? Just want a nice body? Looking to be a fitness model?

I'm a mix. I of course want to look hot! Be healthy. I want to start competing next year again, but I'm more focused on school so competing isn't a priority currently. When I do compete I want to place as high as possible but I'm not looking beyond that competition. I don't care about a pro card....I just want to win what I enter!

What do you want to do?

my goals: take my body to the next level... in other words look Hot, live an optimised healthy life, have the energy to keep up with my schedule, both work and training.

i dont just want a good life and body, i want exceptional ones :)

let us know when you compete MM and if you are in our area we'll come by and chear our heads off!!!
 
I just want to see how far I can take my body and myself!I have 2 kids and to be able to bust my ass in the gym 5-6 days a week and see amazing results it just awesome for me. It keeps me a sane person as well. Having 2 young toddlers is a lot of stress on me, I can burn it all off in the gym. I'm going to start competing next spring though so that's a goal along with being a fitness model! It's my ideal job! :) haha
 
At first I wanted to get a really nice body. I have so many people ask me if I compete... I may as well. I know I have my work cut out, but I think I like the idea of having a real goal to work hard for instead of just having a nice body.
 
Competing gives you something to look forward to and it forces you to keep working on your body. I think it is a very healthy thing. The fear of going onstage looking like a slob motivates one to keep in great shape!
 
my goals are to compete in more NPC National bikini shows next year & place high. This year I trained hard to get in the best shape of my life, but didn't place that well. So looking to work on my stage prescence & bring an even better package

After competing I find it harder to diet with no competition in sight - so setting these contest goals help LOL

hello girls...

right now my goals are staying fit, gain more weight and obtain a nice figure...all of my friends is telling that am getting thinner...what to do???...i eat regularly, am eating vegetables and meat...i do exercise..is their something wrong with me???
 
competing..where to start..??

hi ladies

im a newbie to this forum so just getting the fell for it at the mo.

been training for about 12yrs on and off now but just over the last 12 months ive really got stuck into it.

i would really like to take myself to the next level and have a go at competing but i really dont know where to start?

like ive read on most posts, its aok to keep fit and go the gym etc but to acheive something for all the hardwork must a great experiance and something to work and aim for.

any advise would be greatly appreciated ladies!

I am a 29 year old female, 145 lbs, mother of a 3 year old. I have no problems working out; once I start seeing results I stick to it. I am planning on starting Anavar 10mg capsules ASAP.

While waiting to get my Anavar I started a low carb / high protein, started attend some cardio & weight fitness classes and also increased my hot yoga sessions. I have shed about 3 lbs by just doing that.

WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS LADIES ?????
Well my goal is to get lean and tone without get to big and muscular. I would love to have a defined mid section, legs and arms. Barbie .... both your before and after pictures are great !!! I want THAT

First off thank you for the compliment. I'd also like to make you aware that we have some other really great females around these parts...blondiebomshell and steve morse are a couple more as well who are helpful!

I tried out anavar last year,but unfortunately didn't do enough research myself, just trusted what a male friend had suggested (he's had ALOT of experience with aas')
The dosage he increased me to was up to 20mg's a day and I cycled twice in 6 mths.
I did experience some side effects, deepening of voice and aggression and acne. Since being off I still have the deeper voice and scars from the acne.
I do want to try this again but with more knowledge and information from experienced women.
My stat's are 5'3" 135lbs,bf% 17
I weight train 5 days a wk and cardio 3 days. I have a fairly clean diet(comparable to competition style meals with either 2 cheat snacks during wk or 1 cheat meal)
I carry ALL my weight in my thighs and booty.
Need suggestions on Dosage, Cycle time, and how many calories a day should I be taking in and the break down of macronutrients

i've been competing for the last 7 years of my life, and it seems to be hurting me...so now my goals are:
1) To take time off from dieting and gain quality weight. Over the next 2 years I'd like to be a solid 128-130 at around 16% bf(from 115-117 currently)
2) Have more flexibility overall and increase muscular endurance.
4) Research aas. I've always been natural and I want to see how far I can get this way, but I know that for my goals of going pro one day, I will need some enhancement.
5) I think I want to submit photos and get into fitness modeling.

My goals are to feel like myself again. After i had my son and gained 50+ lbs i lost who i was. Even though ive lost almost 30 i still have a bit to lose. I want to take my body to the next level and prove to myself that i can look like those girls in the fitness magazines and gain my confidence back. Cant wait to feel good about myself again:elephant:
 
my goals

my goal is to get decently toned up. miss muscle gave me some good advice and i hit the gym lastnight for the first time in two years and it felt AMAZING i'll be getting in the gym about 5 days a week with a spot clean diet (adding a couple more meals a day :) to get some muscle tone and build a little mass in some certin areas but overall just be fit and have a lot of energy so i can keep up with my son that will be walking and running and raising hell soon. epech

OH i forgot summers coming soon and gotta look just heavenly in a bikini! so..... that too!

you sound exactly like my wife. We also have to boys and she is in excellent shape and i think it motivates her even more because of that very reason.

Dont believe the hype that kids ruin your body ladies... cause guess what.. you can still have any kind of body you dream of. trust me, ive seen it through my wife and am proud as hell of her accomplishments
