what body type am i . i cant work it out .

ok so im not an ectomorph because im not tall and my muscles are not long and skinny. im not a mesomorph because i cant put on muscle to save myself and im not an endomorph because i have abs and cant put on weight weather it be muscle or fat ?? this does my head in as i dont no hwo to approach my training or diet or gear for that matter .

Honestly it doesn't matter, but you can be a combination of them. You don't necessarily have to be one or the other.
 
i mean i do everything right i think i take in plenty of proten , 6-7 meals a day train my ass of 5 times a week dont drink dont go out anymore and i just dont seem to b getting any were
 
TThe problem almost always is in the diet,,post a typical day of eating including macros and calories and be very specific and very honest, post it in the diet section and I bet you get an answer
 
i used to feel the same way .. im 6'1 and i felt like i couldnt get no results and felt like i was not gainin no muscles or getting cut at all.. but as kaisersose said its all about DIET!! it took me two years to realize that.. to gain weight u have to eat alot and have a solid diet so you dont put on sloopy lbs... they have great forums on diet here .. check it out..
 
Yea thats called the skinny ass syndrome. You're not eating enough or lifting enough. You can bitch and moan all ya want. Whine cry and kick your arms and legs. Nothing will help until you learn to eat right then lift right.
 
i love how ppl say they have a good diet but they cant make gains blah blah blah. then when they post their diet its crap.
