What do you guys do for energy?

assuming you are eating enough to sustain your active lifestyle, I would recommend ~50 grams of mixed carbs and ~50 grams of whey protein 30 minutes before your training session along with 200mg caffeine... works wonders for me

i still stand by ephedra/caffeine and take no-xplode too sometimes.
 
wow im surprised you guys dont get anything from no explode. everyone i know loves it. i take one scoop and i can hardly sit still even after my workout. it will make my girl roadrage lol.

amplify o2 works pretty well too though i dont love the latest formula as much.
 
im really surprised you guys still use ECA. i have been using NO explode for a year and really dont train without it lol. its so much better, more energy, more focus, more stamina, longer lasting, and no crash.

ive taken alot of different energy supps and i like NO the best. i only take one scoop a day so i get 40 workouts for 33 bucks if i buy it online. i find that it works best for cardio , you can crank out 45 min + of intense work no problem.

its kinda too much with tren though, i get anxiety attacks sometimes but still love it.

Hell Yes! No-Xplode is the shit! I too have been using it for better than a year..

I start to panic when i'm low.. Will not work out without it!

Speed Shot from ABB! Not for the faint at heart the shit is true liquid crack. I get chills and start almost trembling during my DB lateral raises. Cardio, LOL, you can go as long as you want. The crash is really noticable for me either. No sugar, it's basically Yerba MAte Extract, Yohimbine HCL Extract, Guarana and some phenyl shit I cant spell.
 
anyone take b12 shots? been thinking of that but after reading warmachine might try the no xplode. buddy gets good effects from that too.

The association between B12 and energy isn't going to give you any dramatic effects. You're probably most likely to get a placebo effect if anything.
 
For the record, I use Adderall and/or caffeine at times. But I typically work out late in the day and I don't take those stimulants within four hours of bed.

Seriously, though.. I run that 20g protein NO-Shotgun shit @ twice the recommended serving. Shit gets me fucking jazzy. I switched recently to cytosport fast twitch... less of a "my skin feels itchy because im railed off of my PWO shake" feeling, and more of consistent energy.
