ORANGE JUICE- gotta have carbs, makes it easier to mix creatine in with it too.
BTW- i use vanilla whey. waters to basic (especially for weight gain) and milk makes it to thick...
16 oz whole milk
2 raw lrg eggs
1/2 cup egg beaters
2 tbls hvy whipping cream
1 tbls safflower oil
1 tbs wheat germ
1 tbls honey
i med/lrg banana
blend for a brief moment..let the wheat germ settle
then i add
1 scoop ON casien protien powder
1 scoop egg protien powder
taste great and filling...right around 80-90 g pro, approx 77 carbs, and lil over 50 g fat..this is def a wieght gainer..take down all at once or split it up...i split it..enjoy...
Whore Milk for me, I mean whole. I dont think I could drink Malt Chocolate cytogainer with water though I hear that cytogainer is the best ad easiest to mix wit water, but when bulking that extra protein in whole milk outweighs the sugar. I have decent metabolism to where I dont have to worry about the sugar.
I always mix mine with water and raw eggs(yep,I eat them raw! don't like the taste of cooked egg whites).I don't believe in take a whey only powder though that's why I include eggs.Post workout shake will be protein,raw eggs,50g glucose,crea+glu.
