What do you recommend for 2nd cycle? I'm trying bulk up.

Been lifting since highschool
Strict diet started 3 months ago.
My plan is to be solid 220lbs by end of this year if possible. And compete next year.

I need recommendation for 2nd cycle. I'm trying to bulk up as much as possible.

I'm still on my first cycle. I'm on week10
This was my original plan.

Week 1-12 250mg test E 2 times per week
Week 1-12 0.5mg Arimidex every other day

PCT Week 15
Nolv 40/40/20/20
clomid 50/50/50/50

however due to my lump under my nip after week 6 I dropped adex and started on letro 1.25mg e3d and plan to continue on it till week 12.

I still have a lump but they're softer. Hardness comes and goes.

My diet's been strict. 9 egg whites oat meal for breakfast and 5 meals of chicken and potatoes. 2 gainer. I went from 176 to 193lbs.That's 17lbs gain, but I gained some belly too. I stopped gaining weight ever since I started letro, but strength still went up.

What do you recommend for 2nd cycle. Somebody told me dbol to kickstart and continue with test. Or any other suggestion? Increase test dosage maybe? I don't care too much about cutting right now. All I want is to bulk up as much as possible and stronger.
 
For me, Test Enanthate at 500mg per week and Deca at 400mg per week for 16 to 20 weeks total. Possibly 4 to 6 weeks of dbol at the beginning at about 37.5mg per day
 
You do not need to increase your test dosage. I would do Test Enanthate and Deca for about 16 weeks probably.

i agree,leave your test dose at 500-600mg/week and add maybe deca at 400mg/week,make sure and add caber for the possible deca sides,main thing keep your estrogen in check,and eat like a muther....

Test e-500/week-16 weeks
Deca 400mg/week-14 weeks

run the test 2 weeks longer than deca
