What do you think about this program?

So guys, Next year I want partecipate at my very first contest here in europe, but I'm a noob on "dieting for contest".. So I have planned this...

12 weeks program, first two months (week 1-8), Ketogenic diet with use of humulin-r, so I can go fast on ketosis after the carb load; then (week 9-12), Isocaloric diet (33/33/33), because I will use 250/500 mg (the last five days) mg of DNP. I will follow this thing also:

DNP pre-contest:

Take the last DNP capsule 8 days prior to the competition date. Carb deplete after 3 days after the last cap. Carb load immediately 2 days prior to competition and stop fluid intake. This should allow for excellent glycogen super compensation within the muscles for a fuller look.

When I stop take fluid I will begin the diuretic program.

Obviusly I will control/update my calories weekly..

keto will make you flat for that long...im using 250g carbs/daily and 500g protein once in 5 days 500g carbs and 350g protein cardio as much as i can...i startrd 1 week ago and lost 2kg. 9weeks out now...

Flat is only a temporary state. If you keep creatine in it will help a little at holding off flatness (from a little personal experience). But really, being flat isn't a huge deal.

Have you done DNP before? It might be best to run without it so you can understand your body. Throwing in a lot of variables during a contest prep can cause a lot of panic and confusion towards the end.

You might wish to evaluate a financial man agement program . Think about the program's purpose and content .
