What do you think of my diet?

Top abs barely visible in the morning
15-20% body fat

Weight training 5 days a week..
Cardio Maybe 2 times a week :/

7:00-6 eggs 2yolks, whole wheat toast and natural pnut butter
10:00-mixture of lean turkey,beans and brown rice.
12:00-same mixture
3:00-same mixture
4:00-4:30-train
5:00-5:30-40gram shake, banana and peice of sweet bread.
7:30-8:00-Chicken breast, half sweet potatoe and a pile of brocili.
10:00-Not every night but if im craving something, Cottage cheese, scoop of natty pnut butter and frozen fruit.
I only drink water and rarely drink beer.
Im looking for what everyone is, lose fat and get bigger :)..I know I need to up the cardio.
 
For your cardio I suggest sprinting all oufor 30 seconds then walk for 2 to 4 min then repeat 6 to 8 times. Burns more fat than just running on the treadmil.
 
I live in the south and its just getting bareable to be outside(hot a$$ summer)..Ive been using a 40lb vest and jogging/sprinting with it. Just dont know if I should add more food or cut carbs a bit.
 
Mixture- 1.2 pounds of 97% lean turkey
1 can black or kidney beans
1 cup brown rice

All this split into 4 containers

Protein-39 grams
Carbs-32 grams
Fat-5 grams
 
cardio-either steps with 40lb vest, sprints with vest or 3-4 mile run with the vest. The run comes out to 30-40 min
Steps about 20 min
Sprints 15 min

so it seems like the diet is fairly balanced....

i dont like the fact that you have 6 whole eggs in the morning.. cut it down to 2 whole eggs and add whites instead..

can you do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and after your workout?
 
As far as the cardio.. I have my son every other week and take him to school and everything...So the week hes not with me I up the cardio and could start in the a.m. on an empty stomach.

so i have something called progressive nutritional coaching..

when you start i send you a comprehensive questionnaire... part of this questionnaire will ask that you take a tailors tape measure and measure key parts of your body.. chest, bi's, neck, stomach etc...

you will send me those measurements twice a week.. first week or so i get a baseline of your metabolism and tweak the diet accordingly...

so some clients will want to bulk.. but might lose weight the first week while i figure them out.. its a process... and works well because i learn your body.. the rest comes easy if the client follows directions
 
in other words... none of my diets are cookie cutter diets.. they are all customized to the clients needs...

and nutritionists arn't psychics.. and any nutritionist that says he is, is a liar..

we need a week to figure out your body... by tracking your progress we can make the tweaks necessary..

also these tweaks come when your stats change too.. if youve dropped or gained weight predicated on your goals the diet slowly changes too..

there are also multiple philosophies that you switch up between in the long run...

its all a part of the process
