no squats? maybe add a day 6 with squats, box squats and gms. 6 sets of 6 on everything. add a day 7 too. no need to rest any here. hit hard every day.

what pullinbig is saying is, its too much volume! in other words, overtraining. i would definately overtrain on that routine. way too much work. chest and arms twice a week for 5 damn sets? you will NEVER grow training like that even if you took steroids. keep workouts short to every other day or 3 days per week, train each part once per week. i would do either barbell bench or dumbell bench, not both. look for pullinbig's mass/strength routine. just read this forum for a while lol.

Can you bros make me a quick routine that will help me put on mass and strength. I would consider myself a intermitate, have been workin out for about 5 yrs now. A break down of days with a 2 muscle group split, with chest done 2x a week. I would really appreciate it. I have hit a plataue and am stuck.

which routine, pullinbigs? if so, thats not a routine even close to the kinds in magz. what on earth makes u think that? many people have been using it with success. i already find myself with more energy and strength even with low test levels. it gives u plenty of rest, i look forward to my days there and only use the basic compound movements. squats,bench,deads,rows,weighted dips,etc
 
You've been training for 5 years and you posted a routine like that? I been training for 1 1/2 yrs consistently and I already know that routine will never work.

Use Pullinbig's free PL routine.

Make sure you have 2 warm-up sets then do your working sets. I read your routine and I was doing something similar and ended up overtraining. The key for me is rest and diet, hopefully it will work for you too. Good luck.

2 warm up sets may or may not be enough. if you benching 135 it is. if you benching 405 its not.
