What do you think of this cycle?

Hey guys just wondering what you think about this cycle.

Ok this is going to be my fourth cycle.... i've been off for a while now. Last cycle i did was over a year ago.

I'm 6' 195 lbs. and about 13% body fat.

I want to get big and lean but not sure if i should do this at the same time.

This is what i'm planning on getting for my cycle:
Bulking
25 - 2ml amps of Deca - 200mg an amp
10 - 1ml amps of Test Enthante - 250mg an amp
100 - D-bol - 5mg/tab

Cutting
120 - T3 - 25mcg/tab
150-200 - Clenbuterol - 20mcg/tab

Anti- Es
24 - Clomid - 50mg/tab
60 - Tamoxifen - 10mg/tab

I was planning on taking 500 mg deca week, 250 mg test, and then breaking up all the oral through out the cycle. Maybe peaking in the middle with d-bol.

Let me know if this is a good idea or if i should lessen my dosages and bulk first then use 10 amps or so of deca when i'm cutting down.

I want to be around 220 lbs and 6-8% body fat when i'm done.......... i've been training for almost 6 years.

i would run the test and deca and eat very clean and keep your calories high. I would probably use 500mg of test, but as long as you have the 250mg in their you should be OK. I would also run the dbol for the first 4-6 weeks at 20-40, whatever you feel confortable with. Now for the cutting part, i don't know what you are really trying to do. When you are done with the 10 week cycle you can start running clen at 2 weeks on 2weeks off to try and clean up some fat. But with clean calories the whole cycle you shouldn't get too soft to begin with. Kind of a lean mass cylce instead of a full out bulker or cutter.
 
Yeh I would personally bump up the test as well... It is nearly impossible to bulk and cut at the same time, IMO...

Try running
1-4 : 30mg's Dbol ED
1-12: Test enanthate 500mg EW
1-10: Deca 300mg's EW

Be sure to have Nolvadex on hand and be sure to run a proper PCT

After you get more mass than try to cut up...Just keep your diet pretty clean during the bulker ( alot of protein balanced amount of carbs and clean fat sources) JCP2's idea of 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with clen would be great.... It will mostly depend on your diet and training .....cardio cardio cardio.... Good LUck bro!!!!!

yeah, bump up the test to 500mg and drop down the deca to 3 or 400. i doubt you will be able to gain 25lbs and drop 5% body fat in one cycle... unless i am misunderstanding you, let me know...
 
yeah pant, what i really want to do is just get some solid mass and cut some of this nasty fat off of me.... last time i took test 250 ........ which i did by itself not stacked with anything i put on 15lbs.... i'm hopin with the d-bol and deca i can get that extra 10.

I'm just not sure if i should focus on one at time or if i can succesfully trim this fat and put on solid mass at the same time.
Not lookin to get huge just to put a little more weight on and get leaner.
 
your best bet would be to concentrate on getting the mass first... don't diet or do anything that will be depriving you of calories...eat clean by all means, but eat alot...concentrate on getting that muscle, don't wory if you get some fat with it as long as your getting the muscle, cause when you cut down, thats whats gonna show...
you can do this in back and forth mass and cutting cycles, or you can do straight up mass untill you get to like 230-240 and then cut down. 6% body fat is pretty lean... your gonna have to go alot over 220 to end up there with low body fat...
OR you can do the mass cycle, cut up for a bit, maybe be at like 200-205 at around 7%, and then bulk up again and go for that 220.... something like that... But the numbers are gonna be different for everyone, you know... im just giving approx. numbers... but i hope this helped a little at least and good luck...
