What does Diet Have to do with Steroids?

are my eyes playing tricks on me.. or didnt it say this guy was banned a min ago under his name
 
Let\'s Talk Diet for A second...remember I\'m new just Trying to figure things out!

So I\'m trying to get things straight and my question in the diet section doesn\'t have many responses but this section seems to be like New York city at noon.

People keep mentioning training and diet. I know what the training is....it is lifting weights which I am doing.

As for diet what exactly do you guys mean. I understand to help build muscle I should eat more protein which makes alot of sense obviously but is there anything else about the diet that is important when it comes to steroid use or even just building muscle?

I also love meat so getting the diet down shouldn\'t be too hard...lol.
 
I am loving this advice. I love meat.

I will definately increase my protein intake. It makes sense because after all muscle is protein...lol.

your body willnever use the biologycal system to make you fun... your system make you still alive.

Eat properly, increase in good proportions, and train sufisently and do not overtrain.

Food is the most strongest anabolic there is! The irony is unlike most others it ends up coming outta your ass insted of being stuck into your ass! lol -that made me laugh!

No way. That's the common misconception about steroids. It's not miracle juice, where you squirt stuff into your ass and you miraculously look huge, there's still a lot of hard disciplined work to be done in order to do it properly and in the most healthy manner possible.

Hi mate,I too like you am no pro in the world of roids.I still feel I can offer you some advice though as I'm learning fast thanks to guys like the diamond above me.

Roids are not to be taken lightly or as an easy way to bulk nevermind the side effects.If you dont know what you're doing and do no research,roids could have the opposite effect you are seeking and act as a negative on your body inside and out.
I.e bitch tits,a ruined liver amongst others.

Many guys on here have said it and I will again now,if you eat crap what you put on will be crap.There is no shortcut when it comes to right diet,if you cheat,you're only cheating yourself.

Have a look in the diet section and try to get your head around the BMR clean bulking thread (one of main one's at top).This helped me no end and I am now on the path to gaining quality size.

One thing I have learnt very quick on here is guys wont take you seriously unless you do some research yourself.
Google keywords,use sites that look trustworthy and take on board what they say.

Dont get me wrong,I'm not patronising you at all,instead I'm just trying to help.

In terms of training,if that pic is recent,I would concentrate on your chest and back,you seem to be lacking there and bulging out shoulders,traps and arms.

Who said I was a tough guy AAron? Actually man come to think of it you do keep things rather comical on here. Reason I ? your validity as a real user of the board is because of your thread how much do you bench. I mean you said in that thread is it good that I max 155bs. O.k. then later in that thread which was the following day you yelled back at everyone bragging about putting up 235 for 2 that day. ?. Thats just one of the threads that was funny.
