Hi guys

I am on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) (Cyp @ 120mg pw) and about to take an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) due to sore nipples, but have been warned about having an 'Estro Crash' What does that mean?

With sore nips you should be more concerned with gyno than an "Estro crash". Estro crash is when you suppress E to a very very low level... Makes you feel sluggish, I've never experienced it but I know ones who have had Estro in the single digits and felt fine. But E is important to your overall health when keep in range.

Get on an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) bro ! How long have you been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) ? When was you last blood test ?
If you've been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for 8weeks or longer than you should get a blood test soon.

Thanks guys

Living in the UK is rather difficult to get bloods done.....My Urologist said he wants to see me in 14 weeks time for bloods to be checked. I phoned him regarding my sore nipples and he said there is nothing to worry about??!! Well my Arimidex has arrived today so going to use that. I have read it is very strong so only a tiny bit of the 1mg tab is needed, like 0.25mg of it. Just hoping I wont get any side effects from it......But I also read some people feel good of it as in they dont feel anxious etc as that is why I was put on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) due to being very anxious, no energy, low libido etc......I have been on for nearly 2 weeks now of Testo-Gel 1 tube per day and Test Cyp twice per week. Effects so far are increased energy and a bit more confidence....I am still anxious and my libido is still bad, and when I do get an erection I cant climax? Not good for a 6ft, 211lb, 14% bf, 37 year old male to be feeling like this.....But I can only but hope the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) will help me!!
