What does your current back rountine look like?

Hey felles, I am been trying to bring up my back. I just started doing deads about 2 months, but I do them every other week. here goes my back routine has of now.

Wide chins 4 sets of 8-10

Deadlifts 6-8 sets no more then 6-7 reps....I am easying into doing dead but I do my last few sets at 3-4 reps.

close grip pull downs 3 sets...by then my back has tapped out

back ext 1 set


The following week
Machine pull downs 3 sets 8-10 reps
t-bar or barbell row 2-3 sets 8-10 reps
close grip row 2-3 sets 8-10 reps
db row 2 sets 10 reps
back ext 2 sets

I just wanna see what you guys been doin....VET get in here and help me out!!! Thanks

close grip pulldowns
close grip Tbar rows.
close grip high seated rows, pull them to chest
hammer pullovers.

everything else i try not to go below 8, so like 8-15

when i do bent rows, i try not to go below 6, but i am not doing them right now for the first time in a long time.

Thanks bro....how many total sets of back do you shoot for? Thanks a lot, just trying to bring up my upper back and throw on some fuckin meat!!
 
deads 5x5
bent over rows 1x10, 1x6 / alt. week / dumbell rows 1x10 1x6
pull dows 2x10 / good mornings 2 sets till failure.
 
Pull downs (wide, wide grip) 5x8
Deads 4x8
db rowns 3x6-8 or seated rows (wide grip)
T-bar (wide grip) 4x6-8

I do all back exe. with palms faceing toward me.
