What else would you recommend to this stack for a Beginner?

1-10wk Test Enanthate @ 500mg per week
1-4wk Dbol @40mg Every day
12-14wk Nolvadex @ 50mg Everyday
15-16 Nolvadex @ 25mg Everyday

new here but its recomended to have a Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand incase gyno appears which would be smart because your running dbol as well... people say you should not run dbol on first cycle but i am going to... nolvadex and clomid are basically the same for post cycle therapy (pct) some recomend one or both for post cycle therapy (pct), im personally going to run clomid, you can also run your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) ED or EOD if you want to nip it in the butt before you see signs of gyno, also may want to run your cycle at least twelve weeks not ten... but it looks good for a beginner, gonna hear a lot about running test e only though

^^Agree, DEFINITELY need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), especially with the dbol for the first four weeks. Dbol can really make estro sides flare up.

The reason people say not to run dbol with a first cycle is you are going to have no idea how to dose your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) since you don't know how you are going to respond. If i had to guess, generalize, i would say start your ai(if it's adex) at .5mg eod while you are on the dbol and when its just the test back it off to .25mg eod. Just pay attention to you body for gyno signs and if they come up, up the dosage alittle till they are gone.

i would get some arimidex. gyno can be pretty bad on dbol.

I was reading through the stickies on the forum and I read that the first cycle should be test only; So, I'm going to remove the Dbol. Just a quick question about the post cycle therapy (pct), is Clomid better than the Nolva?

Test e 500 mg/wk (2 shots)
Arimadex .25mg eod

Normal post cycle therapy (pct).

Bread and butter beginner stack. Will work to perfection.
