what extras are needed with test e cycle?

Everything the guys above me said is correct but they left out the most important extra thing you need while on cycle is a booty call. I've had cycles with bitches and with out and it is so much better with a sexy bitch you can hit up

Amen to that ryan640. I am a bit more hardcore. I go for a vitamin drip weekly 6 weeks out for a contest. It is pricey but damn worth it. Get all the aminos and vitamins topped up. Many pro athletes do this at the same clinic I go to. It is administered by doctors. 100 percent absorption. Can't sleep more than 5 hours the next days and the pump is crazy that day.

And everything dre told you is spot on...
If you can't get hold of injectable b12, get the shit that dissolves under your tongue.

Lol..."shit" you put under your tongue?? That's good Frank! No kidding, couple months ago I hastily picked up some B-12, and after about a week I finally realized why they tastes so sweet...yep, it was the "shit" you put under your tongue...talk about feeling like an idiot! Probably shouldn't have told you guys that story :)

I would go with creatine (3-5g daily), a decent multi if you don't eat many veggies and fruits, methyl B12 (1000mcg weekly injections or 5000mcg daily sublingual lozenges by Jarrows), Vitamin C (3-6g daily pre and post workout), vitamin D3 (5000ius daily), taurine (3-10g daily for back pumps, I get them on test), NAC (1200mg daily in an am/PM dose), and that's about a pretty basic list. Your have to evaluate your diet or get labs done to see if you're deficient in anything or lacking n

what was the importance of the D3

what was the importance of the D3

D3 is used by every cell in your body and is found in every cell, it helps with absorption of calcium for stronger bones and to fight osteoporosis, and vitamin D is used in the production of human hormones. There's probably a million other things too but those are some main ones.
