I don't have anywhere in my gym to do glute-ham raises or a reverse hyper machine. Is there something I can do in their place? Are regular weighted hypers a possible replacement? Also I have seen people do glute-ham rasies under a bar with a lot of weight on it but I don't know if I would have anywhere to do it. I might be able to construct something to do GHR's at home for GPP work but I don't know how to do it at the gym. These seem to be big parts of PL'ing and WSB so what do you guys do if you don't have the equiptment.
