What is a good supplement base that you can take year round without losing potency?

Hey guys. Just came back to lifting after a month of being really sick. Good news though is i only lost 18 pounds ><, too bad they were all the good ones. Was curious to see if anyone knows a good supplement for either strength or energy that you can take all year. Something not too expensive, and that doesn't lose potency ( not too much anyway). I would love to know about it.
 
I am well aware of year round use consequences, was just hoping i can get a nudge in the right direction. :)
 
beta-alanine?

I am very newby with bodybuilding. I am still learning what some supplements are. Is the beta-alanine something you can take in a multi vitamin? or is it separate. I was thinking about starting an HGH year round basis soon, but not sure if its entirely safe to do so. I researched it a lot, and apprently has no adverse side effects for taking it extensively, anyone have knowledge on this?

*note thow the Anadraulic State i would take a few weeks off after 3 or 4 months on, then restart, very good stuff*

you dont need to but just what i would do.


the lipo protein is GREAT to take daily id take 2 scoops 2 to 3 times a day (maybe inbetween meals or somthing and one serving right after workout)
