What is a reasonable about of time before complaining about a source??

Ok, source is question, I get a referal from a mod... very popular product line.

I email him and he says ONE WEEK if I pay extra and use Express delivery. This was on 9/5. I go off and WU the funds. Send all the pertaining info. He never acknowledges it. I send a couple of emails the NEXT WEEK to see if he picked up or what. No response.

9/17 after I contact an EF mod and inquire about the situation, he sends me an email saying he lost the first 20 of his emails, including the couple I sent. Never fear, he would take care of this ASAP and send it out that day. One week he says... it will be there in one week.

9/27 I get another email saying it will be sent out today... one week... be there in one week....

Today. Nothing yet. And no response to email inquiries. It is not like I am trying to pester him, but when they say one week and someone actually pays extra for the "express" delivery and it has been almost FIVE weeks... well you have to wonder.

Not calling him a scammer (unless you guys know something I don't know), but even the curtesy of returning emails and offering an update is not too much to ask.

As soon as you caught him lying to you, which your so called source has done every time he's corresponded with you.

Have you used the WU site to track your funds online?

If you can see that the funds were collected around the time of the supposedly lost e-mails, you'll know he's lying.

Very interesting... someone told me that he read the meso board (classifieds) and I put up a thread there asking very politely if he could contact me via email since I had been waiting since Sept 5th. I was very polite about it and 30 mins later, the thread was deleted.

Hmmm...

Could it be that some of the responses on there were claiming he was scamming?

wow guess im lucky. been ordering tons of times in canada from all over europe and have received my goods within 3 weeks. its just the srouce. if u find your self a good source they wont claim something that will not be true.
