I'm 39 - 5'9" 164lbs.
My guess is around 18%. I have a clean diet (sure, I cheat now and then) and train 5X a week with cardio and lifting.
Just started TRT two months ago and still getting dialed in. I've never done a cycle, just over the counter stuff. Would love to get down to sub 13%.
I've very aware of my chicken legs and am putting a lot of effort into them.
