What is the best fast food to eat?

Go to a grocery store, there's lots of places (even smaller towns) 24/7 grocery stores. Fast food is never good

Go buy yourself a whole roasted chicken for 5 bucks. And then another 2 bucks on a head of broccoli. Then eat it.

in following a diet, organization is half the battle.. you have to prep ahead.. i, like stated before here in this thread, cook for 3 days ahead when i know i cant cook daily..

right now i can... so i only cook for 48 hours worth of food

I agree, its more so the purchasing, marinating and cooking etc where a lot of the effort comes in and makes or breaks your results.

I can go for any grilled chicken variety but I also eat the reuben at Arby's. Frankly, I am more concerned with strength but I also don't want to be a lard ass. I've found that as long as I am hitting the calories to achieve what I want (cut or bulk or maintain) everything seems to work out. I also make sure my protein is up there but it's not hard to do and it doesn't require that you carry tupperware meals with you 24/7.

Best fast food: 9oz Top Sirloin on the grill, 16oz red potatoes oven roasted (with a tablespoon coconut oil and sea salt).
It's fast and it doesn't require virtually any work.

If we're talking legitimate drive thru fast food.. Wendys route is probably best, chicken and potato.

Here where I live, we have Chipotle, it's Subway but better and realer lol and more mexican! Shits good on the run really, they even serve brown rice and guac.
Bibbibop is a similar setup, Asian fusion style, Korean and American. Good shit too. Make bowls with rice, chicken, veggies and a little oil..can't beat it on the go taste wise.
These two are walk in, quick outs.

What I eat for on the go I usually have, pre prepared chicken(seasoned), while wheat bread, and baby carrots. Everythings easy to handle, cheap, and doesn't take a crazy amount of time to eat. You can down the bird, and drive and eat the rest.. simple.

If I go somewhere on the weekends like a restaurant, I'm generally running low carb.. so I'll just get chicken or salmon, veggies, and a salad with balsamic vinaigrette. Never to expensive either compared to loaded steak, loaded potato, pop etc..

The best fast food is the organic food you cook in your kitchen while on eca stack.
Go watch super size me. Im fucking serious go watch it. You won't call it food anymore because it is not
