I'm trying to build my lats to a point where the wings at KFC cease to be bigger than my own wings. Any interestinf lat exercises you guys know of that really shock the suckers and pump em up?

Pullups, lat pulldowns: do different grips (wide, close, etc). DB rows.
Pullinbig let me go ahead and say it for you: deadlifts. :D

you so sweet. they need to be first though. :D

i dont feel it in my lats really directly... but they definatly get worked by doing deadlifts. but that is why i do reverse-close grip pulldowns, and bent over barbell rows on back day :)

Deads hit my traps and glutes the most ! love ' em BUT really the dont do shit for my lats... Bent over rows or rowing movements w/ alot of gear!

The close grip lat pull downs I did today kicked the shit out of em. I threw in some heavy negatives at the end. Slammed up some more Chins with different grips. I gotta get my wings someday, my lats suck so bad. In regards to the rows, man my form sucks, anyone got some ideas or hints in order to get that stuff set up right?

deadlifts, narrow grip pulldowns, and bent over rows.

2 heavy worksets of 5 for each.
That's all I do for the lats, and my back is now lookin pretty damn wide.

Josh, thanks for the insight, I appreciate it. Right now in proportion to the rest of me my lats just are sooo sad, so just lookin for ideas that work.

those narrow grips pull downs are very effective if done reverse grip. i believe thats how joshy does his. the bent over rows can be done with either grip, supp or pronated.
