What is the halflife of arimidex

My arimidex came in capsuls... Meaning i cant split 1mg capsuls unless i take the powder out and i guess rack the shit up and snort it hahah jk.. but seriously !

Should i take 1 every second day? or 1 every 3 days? or am i fucked?

half-life is 30 hrs for arimidex and can be taken eod
The originial arimidex is mini compact white tab with little triangular arrow and you can even cut in 4 pieces and take 0.25/day. I highly doubt the potency of these arimidex caps

so just take 1mg tab every other day and see how that goes.. if its not enough up to 1 per day.. Thank you
