What is the proper does of cialis for daily use to help build muscle ?

just 10mg for me pre workout and the pump I get is painfull.

cialis seems to stay in my system for about 2-3 days btw

Thanks bro. Yeah I just read bout it google. Good for bout two days. Im thinking I could take 1/2 cc of rui s cialis a day and get the effects I need. I'm just not sure what the mgs are per mls of rui s cialis.
 
would 5mg suffice?

I personally use 5mg pwo for 10mg total during the day as recommended by Austinite, but some folks are more sensitive than others and may require less. Experiment around a bit. :)
 
Thanks guys for your help. Rui s is 30/ml so I think I'm going to try 1/3cc Ed to see how that does. Is it better to just take during cycle or all year round ?
 
I might be way off base here, but doesnt cialis give you raging bones??, taking it pre-workout, 0 fucks would have to be given to walk around with a chub haha
 
haha if your "workouts" are just rubbin one out then yeah. not to suggest that everyone is the same but cialis still requires you actually get "stimulated". which should be last thing you're thinking about when under the bar.

It has benefits whether or not you're on a cycle. I plan on taking it year round personally and enjoy the benefits enormously. Not just the sexual ones either. ;)

Not for this context. It is also a very potent NO facilitator; meaning you'll see drastic improvements in vascularity and pumps. I thought the exact same thing as you until I finally gave in and gave it a shot. Once you start taking cialis pwo, you won't go back. I won't say it's as good as say TNE, but it's DAMN good.

agreed, i actually found this out by accident which was a nice bonus. seems to stay with me for about a day.
 
Peronally, if I take more than .2ml (6mg) I start to feel like my sinuses are pushing my eyballs out of my head. I like the wood and the pump at gym, but not the pressure in my face.
 
ive never heard of this does viagra do the same? do you loose sensitivity from it? very interesting

I'm sure viagra would have a similar effect, but I'll leave that part of the question to someone that knows more than I do about it. I can say that my sensitivity has gone UP due to firmer erections, not down. Kind of like how AAS makes sex better for the most part.
 
So 5mgs twice a day for best results ? Take one of the dosages two hours before workout is most beneficial ?
