So 5mgs twice a day for best results ? Take one of the dosages two hours before workout is most beneficial ?
Yep. Signs that it's too much for you would be flushing in the face or mild headaches (bp dropping too low) and possibly dizziness. I know of only one person so far that couldn't tolerate 10mg total, but of course we all react differently. 45min to 2hrs prior is a good rule of thumb for pwo imo. Arm boners are intense, you've been warned.
