What is the strategy on bulking then cutting?

I'm Working on it!
Ok what is the strategy on bulking then cutting? How long do you wait after a bulk do you cut? Do you run gear on every cut? Does anyone bulk for 4 week the cut for two and so on? Let me know how you plan your year from summer to winter

pretty simple answer...there is no bulk and cut cycle,,,,one or the other.....that being said certain compounds react differently so u must decide on which results youre after. If you want to be ripped up for summer cut prior to summer.

I would like to know this also. Do ppl cut up on a cycle or natural cutting ? I always thought gear was for bulking

the only way bulking then cutting really works is if ur on for a long period of time... for example if u bulk for 4 or 5 months, then cut for 3 months, it will work... this is how most pros do it, but u and I know they don't come off

but if u are talking about a "cycle", that means that u will come off so I too agree that u can't bulk and cut in the same go... it's just not gonna be effective

i dont cut off cycle because you'll just lose hard earned muscle. My cutting cycle of choice is test tren mast and even then i still eat over maintenance on calories. Tren is awesome.

I did 14 weeks test. 7 weeks of heavy lifting with 4200calories. Last 7 Gradually lowered my carbs/calories to 3500 with moderate reps and 20min cardio. Worked out well non-the-less to get a taste of what I could do in both aspects. I'd prefer my next cycle to be one or the other though. When I was bulking I didn't want to stop because I was acheiving great results, Exactly the same for when I started to leanout/cut alittle. So I see where people come up with "you can't" or "one or the other".

If you were still gaining that is a huge disservice to yourself for not continuing.

If you were stalled and had no appetite etc.... than I could see some benefit etc.

If your gaining continuously --- that is something very special and needs to be taken major advantage of!

I have been thinking about this recently and I think the only way to make it work is to do a longer cycle, say 20-25 weeks, and the first half do a bulker than second half cut up. Essentially, it's really just two cycles together without a break. :)

I think with most cycles you get good "gains" (whether that be bulking or cutting) over a period of about 10 weeks or so, therefore, I can understand why you felt you were achieving great results still but then switched it up after only 7 weeks. My next cycle is going to be a long one.

I would personally CUT then BULK (as per article) --- Get very lean before incorporating a higher calorie diet so you gain in a more productive environment.

Use all short ester gear for cutting --- Test prop/susp + tren ace + mast prop

Then blast a 4 week wash-out / pct phase of hcg, nolva, igf-1 des, peptides, sodium-d-aspartate etc...maintain leanness by eating same diet

then blast a 10-12 week cycle of typical products like test E, EQ, Nadrolone etc......

You would be growing lean from this protocol.

Tren seems to eat through calories so I am not surprised when people lose fat in a surplus on trenbolone

^Why? What're the benifits of going through the extra pins of using a short ester?

I was really setting the pace for what I wanted to my 2nd cycle to be...I will bulk for a full 16wks of test e..nnp...tbol. Then I'd like to compete for my 3rd cycle. I've been competing naturally for 10 years. First time trying to compete using aas. But I loved this first cycle, Had a great summer with it.

Does summer/winter have any effect on when you cut/bulk? And how long after a bulk should you wait before you cut? I've heard if you start to soon you will lose some of the new gains

SHort esters for the simple fact of INSTANTLY transitioning into a SPEEDY post cycle therapy (pct)....

2-3 days after final shot --- you aggressively approach post cycle therapy (pct) for 4 weeks or so then jump back on

Actually, I have to agree with you. I am now over a month since my last pin and in post cycle therapy (pct). I'm no juice expert, but if there's one thing I learned from my second cycle it's that juice is most beneficial when cutting because it helps maintain/preserve lean muscle mass. I also believe that time on = time off does not apply to those who have reached their max potential. You definitely need to stay on more and longer in order to be above the norm.

What do you recommend in terms of cycle length? 12 weeks cut, 4 weeks post cycle therapy (pct), 12 weeks bulk? With that being said, i may have to switch it up (bulk then cut) simply due to the fact that we're going into winter and I need to be lean for the summer time. :)
