What kind of changes did you see in 2011?

Just curious what kind of changes everyone saw last year...

an extra 15lbs of muscle?
loss of 15lbs of fat?
improved waste line?
better cholestrol?
improved test levels?
site growth?

Could you also elaborate on what your cycle consisted of and the duration of the cycle, Thanks.


Me personally, I spent all of 2011 focusing on my diet and lost 20lbs while improving my strength. Also switched to Paleo style diet due to be gluten intolerant which also improved my ADD, energy and sleep.

2012 i'm focusing on training and trying to put back 20lbs of muscle on my frame. I'm not saying I expect to gain 20lbs by the end of the year but I at least want to get the ball moving in that direction.
